System requirements

The software is
designed to run on any specification Personal Computer, with the
operating systems supported including Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/Vista or
Windows 7.

A duplex printer is
a requirement in order to print a contract with the terms and
condition on the reverse.
Standard A4 plain paper is used for printing contracts.

The HP LaserJet P2055d printer is both recommended and
proven, approximate online cost of £150 excluding VAT. The
Brother HL-5340D mono laser printer is a
worthy rival printer and also represents good value.

Add
in a HP USB to USB printer cable, guide price of £6 including VAT.
Setup

Telephone support &
software updates are provided within the annual site licence of
£250.

A
one off setup charge is applicable, this will vary dependant on location,
and includes software installation and training.
